1. Who we are

TutiPrint AI (“TutiPrint”, “we”) operates tutiprint-ai.com: a service that turns a written description into a parametric 3D model and, optionally, connects you with independent print partners (“Makers”) who print and ship the object.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, provide a working email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent quotas or payments, or upload unlawful content.

3. The service

Models are generated from a fixed set of object families with dimensions you supply. We check meshes for printability (watertight geometry, wall thickness, fit to your printer profile), but printing results depend on your printer, slicer settings and material. We cannot guarantee a specific physical outcome.

The assistant may ask for measurements; you are responsible for their accuracy. If a model does not fit, you may request a new version.

We may change, add or remove object families, features and prices. Paid credits remain valid for the features they were bought for.

4. Free quota, credits and subscriptions

Every account receives a number of free model generations per calendar month. Beyond that, each generation uses one credit or requires an active subscription.

Credits do not expire while your account is active. Subscriptions renew only if you choose to pay again; we do not store card details and do not auto-charge without your action.

Rebuilding a model with identical dimensions does not consume a credit.

5. Print orders

When you order a printed object, the contract for printing and shipping is between you and the Maker. TutiPrint collects the payment, retains a platform commission, and pays the Maker. We show the price, material, lead time and shipping cost before you pay.

Shipping times are estimates. Makers may decline an order (for example, a model too large for their printer); in that case you are refunded in full.

You must provide a correct shipping address and phone number. Orders returned because of an incorrect address may incur re-shipping costs.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create weapons or weapon parts, items that infringe third-party rights, items intended to deceive (counterfeit brands), or anything unlawful where you live or where it will be shipped.

You may not scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or use automation to exceed quotas.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutiPrint is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, printer damage caused by printing a file, or the fitness of a model for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Consumers in other countries keep the protections of their local mandatory law. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, unless local law requires otherwise.
