Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Account data: email, name, password hash, interface language.

Usage data: your chat messages, generated models and their parameters, printer profile, and the small set of facts the assistant saves to help you (“memory”, e.g. your phone model). You can view, edit and erase memory at any time in Settings.

Order data: shipping name, phone, address, and the items ordered. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor (Grow / Meshulam, PayPal) and never reach our servers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and timestamps in server logs, kept for security for up to 90 days.

2. Why we process it

To run the service (generate models, keep your library), to fulfil orders, to prevent abuse, to send transactional emails (verification, password reset, order updates) and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not send marketing emails without consent.

3. AI processing

Chat messages are sent to a third-party language model provider (xAI) to understand your request. Messages are sent without your email or name. Do not include sensitive personal information in chat.

4. Sharing

Makers receive the model files and shipping details of orders assigned to them — nothing else. Processors we use: hosting (Hetzner, Germany), email delivery (Resend), payments (Grow / Meshulam, PayPal), AI (xAI). Each processes data under its own terms and only for our instructions.

5. Retention

Account data, chats and models are kept while your account exists. Deleting your account erases them within 30 days, except order and payment records we must keep for tax law (7 years).

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing. Use Settings or write to privacy@tutiprint-ai.com. Residents of the EU/EEA may also complain to their local data protection authority. Israeli users have the rights set out in the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

7. Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in and a locale preference. No advertising cookies.
