Payments & refunds

1. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in Israeli Shekels (ILS) including VAT where applicable. Your bank or PayPal may convert to your currency at its own rate.

2. Credits and subscriptions

Digital credits are delivered instantly. In accordance with Israeli consumer law and EU rules on digital content, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of credits that have not been used. Used credits are not refundable.

A subscription may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a pro-rata refund if fewer than 10 models were generated in that period.

3. Print orders

Printed objects are made to your specification and therefore generally cannot be returned once printing has started.

Full refund: if the Maker declines or cannot complete the order, or if the item arrives broken or materially different from the model you approved (send photos within 7 days of delivery).

Partial refund or reprint: minor defects at our discretion, after review.

No refund: the model does not fit an object because of a measurement you supplied, or wrong address given by you.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 business days. Write to support@tutiprint-ai.com with the order number.
